Biliary cystadenocarcinoma is an epithelial neoplasm, described in humans, considered an unusual tumor. This study aimed to report a case of biliary cystadenocarcinoma in a mixed breed feline, male, with 9-year old, presenting apathy, anorexy, emesis and jaundice. At necropsy, it were observed multiple whitish masses in liver lobes, distributed multifocally, with umbilicated aspect, associated with similar lesions in the lungs, mesenteric lymph nodes, peritoneum and omentum. Histopathological examination of the liver nodules and from other organs, revealed neoplastic proliferation of infiltrative growth, formed by dilated biliary ducts presenting intraluminal papillary projections lined by pleomorphic epithelial cells. Based on macro and microscopic findings, it was signed diagnosis of biliary cystadenocarcinoma with metastasis to lymph nodes, lungs, peritoneum and omentum.
