We report a case of clinical laboratory diagnosis in Babesia canis infection, Ehrlicha spp. associated with serological response to Neospora caninum in dogs. Thus proving the value of clinical examination, visualization of parasitic inclusions in leukocytes and erythrocytes in the serological diagnosis, thus demonstrating the need for greater attention to the diagnosis of multiple infections by different parasites.
